Born and raised in San Diego, Will Phillips has spent his life appreciating the southern California lifestyle. As an avid boater since high school and president of San Diego State University’s Surf Club and Captain of the Surf Team in college, the lifestyle and community are deeply rooted in his values. While he has traveled the world surfing and experiencing new cultures, southern California will always be home. It is this passion and appreciation that has driven him to provide lifelong service and value for the community. 

Will Phillips started Trusted Valuations in 2002 after seeing a need for comprehensive, reliable, and timely real estate appraisals in the complex Southern California market. He brought a strong background in finance and financial planning to real estate valuations. This experience, in conjunction with his bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University in Finance and English Composition, has given him a stable stance in providing a high-quality appraisal service.

Since 2002, Trusted Valuations has been serving the residential real estate appraisal needs of the 5 adjoining areas of San Diego, Orange, Riverside, Los Angeles, and San Bernardino Counties. Will has actively pursued continuing education in a variety of appraisal areas, from the intricacies of accurate appraisal reporting to a wide breadth of clients’ appraisal reporting needs. In addition, he has joined with valuable industry partners, such as The Appraisal Institute, to contribute and gain from a collective wisdom.

With more than 20 years of experience, Will has navigated market shifts and volatile conditions through the eyes of a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and native southern Californian.  Through more than two decades, complex markets, and a variety of reporting needs, one thing has always remained the same.
